Is roleplay included in every plan?
Yes. AI roleplay simulations and real-time coaching feedback are part of every Compass plan. Business and Enterprise add streaming voice, multiple AI voices and custom scenarios built from your own documents.
Can we use our own training content?
Absolutely. Admins can build courses and upload PDFs and documents. On Business and above, Compass uses OCR and vector search (RAG) to ground modules, scenarios and grading in your material.
How does billing work?
Plans are priced per active learner and billed annually. Volume discounts apply as you grow, and Enterprise pricing is tailored to your size and requirements — just talk to sales.
Do learners get certificates?
Yes — learners earn a certificate on course completion, exportable as a PDF, on every plan.
