How long does it take to go live?

Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. Concierge runs on your choice of LLM provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and others — and on Enterprise you can bring your own model keys. Switch providers without re-platforming.
Will Concierge make up answers?
Concierge answers only from your knowledge under a strict remit and cites its source. When something isn't covered, it declines politely rather than inventing an answer.
What content can I add?
PDFs, individual URLs, a whole-domain crawl, plus images (via OCR) and audio/video (via transcription). You can also write curated help articles as trusted answers.
Can I change plans later?
